Potentech PVC Co-extrusion Foam Boards/Sheets are using the co-extrusion process. 
It's similar to the sandwich panel, and using the same material for core and outer skin.
The core is foam PVC, the both outer skin is rigid PVC.
That particular process gives that product unique performance.

Provide a hard surface for thin Boards/sheets.
The hardness of surface is very high, unscratchable, while the surface of Free foam and Celuka Sheets,thickness from 2mm-8mm, are easy to scratch by the same density.
The surface of PVC Co-extrusion Foam Boards/Sheets are smooth and glossy. 

PVC is a durable, maintenance-free material that stands up to harsh weather. Unlike other materials, PVC will not warp over time and will never rot and mold.

Can be cold folded and won't crack on folding edges. PVC Column Wraps are the highest quality product for the least amount of cost. These columns are environmentally friendly and can be free standing or easily installed over an existing wooden or steel post with standard carpentry tools. PVC column wraps are lightweight, strong and paintable. They hold up to warping, shrinkage, decay, insects and they don't ever need to be painted.

Potentech warrants to the original purchaser that each Potentech Product will be free from manufacturing defects that cause the Product to corrode, delaminate, or excessively swell from moisture for a period of thirty (30) years, from the date of the original consumer purchase. 
Each Purchaser of a Potentech Product is solely responsible for determining the effectiveness, suitability and safety of any particular use or application of the Product.
Potentech reserves the right to investigate any claim hereunder

1. Q: Are you a factory or trading company?
Potentech (Guangdong) Limited is a factory located in Guangzhou City.
2. Q: Why is your price higher than other suppliers?
The material cost of using environmental stabilizer is higher than the lead stabilizer; Strict quality control; inevitably increase the labor costs of QC and worker, the qualified rate of product will also affect and increase the cost of production.

3. Q: What is the MOQ of this product?
1*40'HQ is just our advised trial order quantity. Because the average cost of 40'HQ is much less than 20'GP, so that we can give you a much more favorable price. But 1*20'GP is also available.
4. Q: What's your supply capacity?
Generally, our factory's capacity is 3000 ton per month. But for special large quantity order, we can produce more than it. Don't worry about this.
5. Q: How can we trust your quality?
There are many ways to check quality. Such as, send sample, visit factory, etc. Our advice is that visit factory is the best way to check quality.
6. Q: What are your payment terms?
We accept both T/T payment and irrevocable L/C at sight. For the T/T payment, we accept 30% prepayment in advance and the balance payable against copy of B/L.
7. Q: What is your delivery lead time?
Generally, we can deliver the goods to you within 7~30 days accoring to the purchase quantity 
after receiving your 30% prepayment or original B/L.
