High Density PVC Foam Board for Cabinet Doors with Smooth Surface

Potentech PVC Trim and Moulding are using the free foam extrusion process. It has a consistent cell structure and density from surface to core that performs well in building applications. 

Potentech offers a variety of extruded PVC mouldings to complement our PVC Trims.
Our Mouldings' patterns, used individually or in combination, should cover most interior or exterior trim application encountered. Thickness from 3/8" to 1-1/2", sheet width 4', up to infinity length.


The length can be customized and we also can research and develop new products as per customers requirements.

Potentech PVC Trims and Mouldings are working Similar to Wood, but provide 60% more than wood in energy efficiency with better durability and low maintenance. PVC trim is available in standard trim sizes, as tongue-and-groove, corner board, and in larger sheets Connerboard Beadboard Trimboard.

Potentech Trimboard Sealed Edges Sealed edges on 2 sides , Potentech Sealed Edges Trimboard is a technology designed to keep boards cleaner for longer periods of time. And let the edge look more smooth. Potentech Sealed Edges and non-sealed edges Trimboard are also available on woodgrain texture finish.
More than just a smooth finish, Potentech Sealed Edges Trimboard is a sealed edge that resists staining from dirt and grime and easily wipes clean if dirt should come in contact with the trimboards. 1. Q: Are you a factory or trading company?

The material cost of using environmental stabilizer is higher than the lead stabilizer; Strict quality control; inevitably increase the labor costs of QC and worker, the qualified rate of product will also affect and increase the cost of production.

3. Q: What is the MOQ of this product?

1*40'HQ is just our advised trial order quantity. Because the average cost of 40'HQ is much less than 20'GP, so that we can give you a much more favorable price. But 1*20'GP is also available.

4. Q: What's your supply capacity?

Generally, our factory's capacity is 3000 ton per month. But for special large quantity order, we can produce more than it. Don't worry about this.

5. Q: How can we trust your quality?

There are many ways to check quality. Such as, send sample, visit factory, etc. Our advice is that visit factory is the best way to check quality.

6. Q: What are your payment terms?

We accept both T/T payment and irrevocable L/C at sight. For the T/T payment, we accept 30% prepayment in advance and the balance payable against copy of B/L.

7. Q: What is your delivery lead time?

Generally, we can deliver the goods to you within 7~30 days accoring to the purchase quantity

after receiving your 30% prepayment or original B/L.
