Expanded PVC foam is a rigid, closed-cell, light-weight PVC board that expands to a certain extent, also known as PVC celuka board / foamex PVC board, which is a member of the PVC foam board family.PVC foam board is mainly composed of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin, adding other additives according to performance requirements and production needs, produced by foaming extrusion technology.

The core expanded PVC sheet is an alternative to natural wood, it is a recyclable, non-toxic and odorless multifunctional board with a wide range of applications. Thanks to its excellent waterproof performance, it can be used in wet or high-moisture areas, such as kitchens, bathrooms and laundries. The most popular uses are kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities and decorative panels. PVC foam board is capable for various processing methods, and can be easily sawed, CNC cut, drilled and nailed, hot-shaped, painted, printed.

1. Q: Are you a factory or trading company?

Potentech (Guangdong) Limited is a factory located in Guangzhou City.

2. Q: Why is your price higher than other suppliers?

The material cost of using environmental stabilizer is higher than the lead stabilizer; Strict quality control; inevitably increase the labor costs of QC and worker, the qualified rate of product will also affect and increase the cost of production.

3. Q: What is the MOQ of this product?

1*40'HQ is just our advised trial order quantity. Because the average cost of 40'HQ is much less than 20'GP, so that we can give you a much more favorable price. But 1*20'GP is also available.

4. Q: What's your supply capacity?

Generally, our factory's capacity is 3000 ton per month. But for special large quantity order, we can produce more than it. Don't worry about this.

5. Q: How can we trust your quality?

There are many ways to check quality. Such as, send sample, visit factory, etc. Our advice is that visit factory is the best way to check quality.

6. Q: What are your payment terms?

We accept both T/T payment and irrevocable L/C at sight. For the T/T payment, we accept 30% prepayment in advance and the balance payable against copy of B/L.

7. Q: What is your delivery lead time?

Generally, we can deliver the goods to you within 7~30 days accoring to the purchase quantity 

after receiving your 30% prepayment or original B/L.
